Recommended for Japanese paintings, photographs, etc. Moisture barrier film + white backing paper
The moisture barrier film on the plywood surface prevents moisture from the plywood and protects the artwork from moisture penetration.
The film and white backing paper eliminate unevenness on the plywood surface.
The white backing paper enhances the color reproduction of the artwork.
Unlike conventional wooden panels, it adopts a double tenon structure at all four corners of the frame, similar to canvas stretcher bars.
This reduces warping and achieves high strength.
For sizes 10 and larger, thicker crossbars are used. This reduces distortion and achieves high strength.
The plywood adhesive is JIS certified F☆☆☆☆ (Formaldehyde concentration ≤ 0.1ppm) JIS certified. Panels must be square to enable connection. They are manufactured 2mm larger than the final dimensions. Each side is then trimmed by 1mm during finishing to ensure 90° square corners, improved dimensional accuracy, and prevent plywood overhang.
As this is a wood product, characteristics such as black resin dots, cable tie marks, and wood/plywood joints are inherent and do not constitute defects.
Please avoid using this product for purposes other than its intended wooden panel function.
