We've generously used powdered burdock root, a healthy vegetable, to create these delicious salad rice crackers.
The base rice cracker uses 100% domestically produced glutinous rice. We bake the crackers thin like burdock roots, drizzle them with rice salad oil, and then generously sprinkle on powder made from domestically grown burdock root.
The sweet burdock flavor and crispy texture make these rice crackers irresistible. Established in 1956, we are a manufacturer dedicated solely to rice cracker production.
