1. To achieve maximum performance from the carbide bar, adjust to the optimal rotational speed for the workpiece. 2. Use lower RPMs for harder materials. 3. Use higher RPMs for smaller carbide bar sizes. 4. Keep the tool moving constantly and apply light pressure during use. 5. Operating below the optimal RPM can cause blade chipping.
6. Using worn tools or collets can cause blade chipping.
7. Do not immerse more than 1/3 of the cutting edge length.
8. Excessively high RPM accelerates blade wear.
