Kaiyodo - Machine God Fantasy Rune Masker - Approx. 220mm Tall - Plastic Model Kit - AP012
In 1988, Yutaka Izubuchi and Kaiyodo teamed up to launch ‘Machine God Fantasy Rune Masker’ as a completely original work expressed through both three-dimensional models and illustrations.
Using current perspectives and technology, we now present the mechanical god 〈Rune Masker〉, designed by Yutaka Izubuchi and featured in the work, as a new plastic model kit.
Prototype sculpting is handled by Akira Tani, Kaiyodo's foremost expert in mechanical modeling. He brings to life Yutaka Izubuchi's unique design—a fusion of mechanical elements and the biological characteristics of a centaur—in a voluminous, large-scale form.
The smooth, curved exterior armor and organic parts like the flowing mane and tail are cleverly divided into parts for easy assembly, despite being a fixed model.
The kit includes a base and its weapon, a large spear.
Once assembled, you can appreciate the divine presence of the Machine God Rune Masker standing atop rocky terrain.
Scale: Non-scale (approx. 220mm from base to top of head).
