Little Armory is a 1/12 scale assembly kit that combines realism with compatibility for articulated figures.
From the 1/12 scale modern firearms plastic model series ‘Little Armory’—famous for its uniformed girls × guns packaging—comes ‘STUDY1942’. This series recreates diverse firearms developed by World War II that laid the foundation for modern weaponry.
Having witnessed the power of tanks during WWI and WWII, nations sought various countermeasures. Among these, the anti-tank weapon the US fielded in 1942 was the “2.36-inch Rocket Launcher M1,” commonly known as the ‘Bazooka’.
This weapon, capable of destroying tanks even when operated by a single soldier, was so significant that Allied Commander General Eisenhower called it “one of the weapons that led to victory in the war.”
The nickname ‘Bazooka’ was given because it resembled a prop instrument (bazooka) used by stage performer Bob Burns.
This kit reproduces the late-model M1A1 Bazooka in 1/12 scale.
Includes two types of rocket projectiles: the pointed M6A1 and the improved cylindrical M6A3.
Molded in two colors: brown and black.
