Shimabara Railway is a railway line approximately 43.2 km long connecting Isahaya Station in Nagasaki Prefecture to Shimabara Port Station.
This product features the KiHa 2552A, introduced in 2001 and used for both regular service and the ‘Shimatetsu Cafe Train’ tourist train (operating since 2021 where passengers can enjoy local gourmet food and sweets onboard), and the KiHa 2553, introduced in 2011.
