How to Use
1. Remove the sheet from the pouch, peel off the backing paper, and attach it to the inside of your clothing. (Limit to 8 hours per use)
2. Gently press the sheet over the clothing to ensure it adheres properly.
3. Once heating stops, promptly peel the sheet off slowly, starting from one edge.
Precautions
If irritation occurs, do not rub. Immediately rinse thoroughly under running water and seek medical attention.
Do not get wet with water or other liquids.
Do not eat. If swallowed, rinse mouth and seek medical attention. Do not use if the sheet is damaged or punctured.
