Includes easy recipes. For an apple and cream cheese hot sandwich, cook both sides over medium heat in about 4 minutes. Recipes: Margherita-style hot sandwich, apple and cream cheese hot sandwich, generously topped hot sandwich with cabbage, Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki hot sandwich, and hot cakes. Disassembly Instructions: The pan can be disassembled into two halves, the top and bottom, for easy cleaning. 1. Open the top and bottom halves as shown on the back of the package. 2. Lift the top halves 90 degrees and then pull them up. Reattach the top and bottom halves in the reverse order of the disassembly instructions. Features of Iron Products: Due to its excellent thermal conductivity, cooking over high heat may cause food to burn. Cooking highly acidic ingredients, such as burdock, lotus root, or eggplant, may cause the food to darken. This is due to the acidity of the ingredients and the iron in the frying pan and is completely harmless. Cooking highly acidic ingredients, such as tomato sauce or jam, may cause the surface to turn whitish due to the acid, and the food may taste iron-rich. While this product has no adverse effects on the body, it is prone to rust, so please store it with oil. When cooking anything other than bread, preheat the pan with a generous amount of oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the excess oil into an oil pot or similar container before adding the ingredients. This will help prevent food from burning. What is silicone resin coating? To prevent rust during distribution, the pan is coated with silicone resin. This coating complies with the Food Sanitation Act, and even if it peels off and enters the body, it is not absorbed and is excreted directly. Pre-baking is not required for silicone resin coating, so the pan can be used as is. Over time, the coating will peel off, revealing the iron base. It is prone to rust, so please store it with oil. Note: This product is for use with induction cooktops and tabletop gas stoves only. It cannot be used with gas stoves equipped with a silicon sensor. The concave bottom prevents the silicon sensor from adhering to the bottom, resulting in reduced heat and possibly extinguishing the flame. When using with an induction cooktop, adjust the heat (output) to "medium" or lower.
When using on a gas stove, the base is small and depending on the shape of the grate, it may not be stable. Please make sure it is stable before using.
Do not soak or put in a dishwasher.
