Connecting to the dedicated “G-SHOCK MOVE” app for managing watch settings and training allows you to check your life log and activity history. It also automatically creates training plans tailored to your set goals, supporting your daily workouts. The display uses a high-definition MIP LCD. Pressing the front button, which adds to the G-SHOCK gadget feel, activates the Super Illuminator light, ensuring visibility in dark environments. The band uses soft urethane material for enhanced comfort and features multiple band holes for precise fitting adjustments. It also incorporates lifestyle-friendly features like automatic time correction via Bluetooth® connection and notification functionality*.
