The PRW-6900 adopts a rugged outdoor style as its design theme, featuring a sharp metal bezel with tapered sides inspired by a sturdy wood-splitting axe. Beyond the bezel, the hands on the sub-dial at the 10 o'clock position also feature an angular design reminiscent of an outdoor tool knife. The second hand is colored with an orange gradient evoking a flickering flame. The dial features a textured design reminiscent of the surface of a cast iron Dutch oven.
