The IST thumb-operated trackball features an ergonomic shape for comfortable operation and smooth control. Its ergonomic design allows use in a natural hand position without gripping. The shape fits comfortably regardless of hand size or grip style.
The support unit uses a 2mm diameter artificial ruby. This achieves more natural and smoother ball movement than previous models. The support unit is easily removable, allowing replacement not only of the artificial ruby but also the bearing. *Replacement artificial ruby unit (M-RS10) and bearing unit (M-BS10) sold separately.
Equipped with 5 buttons, including convenient “Forward” and “Back” buttons useful for web browsing and folder navigation.
Button functions can be customized using the free downloadable “ELECOM Mouse Assistant” software.
