TACOM “1/72 U.S. Army M1070/M1000 70-Ton Tank Transporter w/ D9R Bulldozer” Plastic Model Kit. \
The M1070 tractor and M1000 trailer are tank transporters currently in use by the U.S. Army.\
Together, the tractor and trailer are collectively known as the HETS (Heavy Equipment Transport System). \
Production of the M1070 began in 1992 by Oshkosh Corporation, with deployment to the U.S. military starting in 1993.\
It is primarily used to transport the M1 Abrams main battle tank, but is also employed to transport large vehicles such as armored personnel carriers, self-propelled artillery, and bulldozers.\
Includes photo-etched parts, clear parts, and two sets of markings. \
