How to Brew (Standard Serving for One Person)
▪️ Use water that has been brought to a full boil. Pour 130ml of boiling water over 4g of tea leaves. Steep for about 30 seconds. Pour out every last drop.▪️ How to Make Iced Tea
Pour 250ml of cold water over 6g of tea leaves. Wait about 90 minutes before pouring. ・Handle boiling water with extreme caution.・Most of the matcha flavor is extracted in the first infusion.
