▪️Product Features
・No-Carbon carbonless copy with the top sheet remaining colorless. Excellent for storage and preservation.
・Pressure-activated color development on no-carbon paper type. Minimizes hand staining. Achieves clean, clear color development immediately after writing.
・Copies can be made from any part of the page.
・Micro-perforated edges allow for easy tearing with minimal force.
▪️Kokuyo's forms and receipts will be renewed to comply with the new system while maintaining the same ease of use as before.
(Products will be switched over sequentially)
▪️Current products can still be used under the new system.
・For slips with two tax rates, all required information does not need to be on a single sheet. As long as the information is covered across multiple clearly related documents, you can use existing slips by splitting them into two sheets per tax rate.
※ Receipts can similarly be split into two documents by tax rate to continue using current forms.
※ For the invoice system after October 2023, you can use current forms by entering the registration number in the blank space provided.
▪️ If you do not handle items subject to the reduced tax rate system, or if a single invoice does not contain two tax rates, you can continue using the newly redesigned forms by filling in only one tax rate.
