Product Description

▪️Once scum and grease are removed, they won't escape, leaving your broth clear.
▪️One sheet removes over 2 tablespoons (approx. 240kcal) of grease.
▪️ Since only scum and grease are removed, the cooking liquid doesn't reduce significantly.
▪️ The firm, sturdy sheet resists wrinkling even during vigorous boiling and can be easily picked up with chopsticks.
▪️ Also functions as a drop lid. 1. After adding ingredients and water/broth to the pot, place the sheet on top before boiling. Point: Can be used either side up. 2. Simply simmer with the sheet in place to absorb scum and fat. Tip: For dishes producing large amounts of scum or fat, replacing the sheet mid-cooking enhances effectiveness. (Turn off heat when replacing.) 3. Once ingredients are cooked, turn off heat and remove the sheet with chopsticks or similar utensils.
