Introducing the 0.3mm version of the premium Delguard—combining functionality and design in a pencil that never breaks or jams. Yet, it never breaks.
Delguard is the latest mechanical pencil that solves the frustrations of “lead breakage” and “lead jams” experienced with conventional pencils.
The newly developed Delguard System protects the lead from all directions. In previous pencils, excessive pressure on the tip caused the tip metal to fail, leading to lead breakage. The DelGuard System solves this problem, so it won't break even when writing fast or dark. That means you can keep writing. The built-in spacer fills gaps to prevent lead jams. With conventional mechanical pencils, external impacts like drops could cause the lead to break or shift inside the mechanism, leading to jams. The spacer solves this problem, so no more frustrating jams.
