Keeps warm while sleeping
(1) The bottle is double-walled. Do not tear the outer bag.
(2) Thoroughly wipe off any dirt from the inside of the microwave before heating.
*If dirt adheres to the bottle, that area may overheat, melting and tearing the bag.
(3) Place the bottle in the center of the microwave to heat. *Massage the gel evenly with your hands to ensure even heating. If using a turntable-type microwave, make sure the turntable is rotating. * Always heat using the microwave function; do not use the oven or steam function. * Do not exceed the microwave power or heating time. (4) Place the device in its cover and then place it under a futon before use. 500W: 3 minutes 10 seconds 600W: 2 minutes 40 seconds 1000W: 2 minutes If it is not warm enough: Massage the device with your hands, then heat for 10-20 seconds at a time, checking the temperature. * Do not leave the microwave unattended while heating. * The heating time shown is the standard heating time for heating a device at room temperature of 15°C to 45°C.
