1/24 Scale Unpainted Plastic Assembly Kit
The 30 Series, the third and final generation of the Celsior, debuted on August 31, 2000. The engine was changed from the second generation's 4.0L 1UZ-FE to a 4.3L 3UZ-FE. The body design also underwent significant changes, featuring a structure that makes extensive use of curved surfaces. The interior design drew inspiration from the guest rooms of the Imperial Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, and The Ritz-Carlton, while the seats were modeled after those used in the first-class cabins of British Airways and Japan Airlines. Three years after its debut, in April 2003, a facelifted late-model version debuted. This version featured entirely new designs for the headlights, hood, fenders, and trunk, and its overall length was increased to 5,015mm. It also introduced various enhancements, including LED rear combination lamps, a shift from a 5-speed to a 6-speed automatic transmission, and a grade review. However, production ended in May 2006, bringing the Celsior's approximately 17-year history to a close.
