But the moment I looked away, it lunged and bit me with terrifying force.
Its eyes, now blazing with a fierce intensity unlike before, burned with a ravenous hunger for fresh flesh and a seething hatred for the living. I was painfully reminded, literally, that a zombie is just a zombie.
