There is a Governor who hunts Valiant Forces with extrasensory perception.
The "Black Hunter" Quetzal wears a special armor type developed by Hakushiki Riken at the same time as Monoceros.
Like Monoceros, they are enhanced soldiers whose bodies have been modified, but in a very different way. With an emphasis on expanding and improving the accuracy of their "sensory organs" such as sight, hearing, and smell, their sensory nerves have become abnormally developed. This has given them extrasensory perception, which could be described as a "wild instinct," including the inherent human ability to sense danger. This dramatically increases their survivability on the battlefield. In contrast to the "Monoceros," which was developed with aggressive offensive intent, the "Quetzal," specialized in protecting allies, has used its extrasensory perception to save friendly forces from danger on many occasions. While their combat abilities are somewhat inferior to those of Monoceros, which are specialized in close combat and prioritize improved reflexes and rapid reaction times accompanied by ferocity, Quetzals, which prioritize stability and control, have undergone relatively minor neurological modifications compared to subjects adapted for Monoceros, and suffer fewer mental impairments, leading to the current deployment of more Quetzals.
Thanks to their enhanced senses, they excel in the use of firearms in general, but their true strengths lie in stealth combat using primitive weapons such as bows and crossbows, allowing them to sneak through all electronic obstructions and hunt prey.
Although the Ex-Armor type and its wearers are a weapon system that was only recently developed and only a small number have been deployed on the battlefield, the Liberty Alliance highly praises their perfection as weapons, and they are expected to play an active role in the future as a special forces unit provided by Shikaku Riken. ■The security blanket equipped on the left shoulder comes in two types: standard and action, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your action pose.

■The security blanket is designed to be attached to the HEXA-G-R.A.M. connector on the back via the expansion unit, allowing you to attach it to a separately sold governor for play. *Due to shape restrictions, some products may not be compatible. The backpack on the back is equipped with a connector that can be used to attach the HEXA G-RA-M SYSTEM, allowing you to attach a variety of parts to it.
