Product Introduction
The standard VF-171 model debuts in New United Forces specifications.
The successor to the VF-17, which saw action across two series—“Macross F” and “Macross Delta”—the special mission heavy variable fighter VF-171 arrives in New United Forces specifications.
The kit features a glue-free snap-fit construction and is built to the standard 1/72 scale for air models. Supervised by Director Kawamori, it faithfully recreates the distinct nose shape differing from the VF-171EX and emphasizes the fighter form's silhouette.
Included armaments are the medium-range anti-aircraft missile Bifo AAMM-05D, the Sentinel FXA-60A high-velocity armor-piercing rocket 6-tube pod, and the short-range high-mobility anti-aircraft missile L.A.I/AAMS-02A 3-tube launcher.
