KATO Sound Card 2100 Series 22-202-7 - Model Railroad Accessories
This card is a “Sound Synchronization” type. It automatically adjusts to match the vehicle's running (acceleration and deceleration) with sound playback. Even if you abruptly operate the power pack controller, the speed changes smoothly, just like driving a real train. When the card is recognized (when the eject button is pressed), the eject lamp lights up and the pantograph raising sound plays. Motor sounds, rolling sounds, and compressor sounds automatically play according to running conditions. The Do-Re-Mi inverter sound sounds as the vehicle departs. Pressing the Function buttons (1~6) allows you to enjoy the following:
1. Horn (selectable: electric horn / electric horn + air horn) 2. Door opening/closing sound 3. Brake release sound 4. C-ATS bell sound
5. Coasting (during running) / Stopping position correction function (During Stopping) 6. Interior Buzzer Sound
Similar to the Sound Card 〈E233 Series〉, when this card is inserted into the Sound Box main unit slot for use, the vehicle's response to Power Pack controller operations differs from typical behavior to realistically reproduce motor sounds (control sounds) accompanying train acceleration and deceleration.
Note: The “Emergency Stop Function” is installed in the Sound Box main unit (Pressing the eject button during operation will stop immediately).
