Fully renewed to capture the peak-era appearance of these trains active as express services around 1975. \
Features characteristic of vehicles active in the Tohoku region are reproduced, including the square base detection antenna with auxiliary whistle and the rotating typhon.\
The body features passenger doors with steps, and the roof wiring unique to AC/DC electric trains is accurately reproduced.\
The Moha 454 reproduces the characteristic of the air-conditioning conversion car, with louvers arranged in 6 rows on one side under the pantograph. \
Beautifully expresses the standard JNR-era express AC/DC electric train livery: body in Red No. 13 (azuki bean red) + Cream No. 4 band.\
Smooth and quiet running achieved through the use of a slotless motor.\
The power car in the 6-car set for the “Bandai” Express has no traction tires, considering coupled operation. \
Features snap-on bogies.\
Both leading and intermediate cars are equipped with body-mounted close-coupling couplers (without hooks).\
