Enjoy operating your model railroad while realistically experiencing running sounds that change according to operating conditions. Features sounds capturing the immersive experience unique to operating an electric locomotive equipped with a VVF inverter. The inverter's fan noise and suspended motor sound create a sense of weight and presence. The “Coupling (Uncoupling)” and “Fan (Start/Stop)” functions allow you to recreate various operational scenarios, such as switching operations (EF510 alternating operation). Pressing the six function buttons enables you to simulate electric locomotive operations like the whistle, coupling, and gentle braking. Sound Tuning Mode: Accelerates and decelerates in sync with the running sound, recreating the immersive feeling of driving the real thing. Controller Priority Mode: Similar to a controller-synchronized sound card, it plays vehicle running sounds in sync with power pack operations. Even when the sound box power is turned OFF, it remembers the last tuning mode and maintains the settings upon the next startup. Features a fixed storage function. A “Function Label” compatible with the sound box is included in the package. Model railroads are systems powered from the rails. No batteries are used during running, illumination, or lighting.
