Produced in the form after its full inspection in January 2022. Reproduces distinctive exterior features such as the rotating spark arrestor on the smokestack, protective rail under the cab, and Hokkaido-style conductor's handrail on the deck. Realistically reproduced printed body markings (manufacturer's plate: Showa 15 / Kawasaki Sharyo / Manufacturer No. 2333, etc.). District nameplate pre-printed with “釧”.
Equipped with snowplows on both leading and trailing ends.
Leading end features dummy couplers, trailing end features standard Arnold couplers. Includes interchangeable knuckle couplers and Arnold couplers for reverse operation, plus knuckle couplers for replacement.
Headlights illuminate on both leading and trailing ends (using warm white LEDs).
Features a coreless motor power unit for stable running.
