The included destination display stickers will feature content updated to reflect the Joetsu Shinkansen, in addition to content corresponding to the Tsuruga extension. Features wheels that express the disc brakes on the wheel flanges, a characteristic of Shinkansen rolling stock. The intermediate coupling uses a diaphragm coupler.
