Reproduces the 110/123 formation assigned to Matsudo Rolling Stock Center.\
Features the underfloor equipment of the updated MoHa E230/MoHa E231 cars (Some specifications differ due to reuse of existing parts).\
Roof-mounted coolers: AU725A on cars 1, 2, 6-10, 13, 15; AU725B on cars 3-5, 11, 12, 14.\
Front cars feature illuminated head/tail lights and front destination displays (using warm white LEDs). Cars 10, 11, and 15 have a light-off switch.\
Car 1's leading coupling end has a dummy coupler. Cars 10, 11, and 15's leading coupling ends use KATO close-coupling type couplers (without hooks). Includes an electric coupler.\
Intermediate couplings use body-mounted KATO close-coupling type (with hook).\
Features slotless motors for smooth and quiet running.\
Wheelchair, stroller, and low-air-conditioning car symbols are pre-printed.\
Affiliation is marked as “Tōmatō”, safety equipment is marked as ‘P’ and “SN”. \
The basic set plus 5-car set can be stored in a bookcase to accommodate a full 15-car formation.\
