Accurately reproduces the distinct front light shape differing from the E3 Series 1000 Subseries, along with the window layout on cars 16 and 17, enlarged side displays, and differences in underfloor covers. \
The body is beautifully colored with motifs inspired by Yamagata Prefecture's prefectural bird, the Mandarin Duck, and its prefectural flower, the Red Poppy.\
The four symbolic marks representing Yamagata's four seasons, painted on the sides of cars 11 and 16, are faithfully reproduced.\
The red pantograph, matching the actual train, is accurately reproduced. \
Equipped with a leading car coupling mechanism on the Tokyo-end leading car E311 (Car 11).\
Head/tail lights illuminate. Car 11 (E311-2010) includes an off switch.\
