Product Introduction
A plastic model assembly kit for a four-wheel drive racer that delivers high-performance driving and race enjoyment. The Aero Thunder Shot is the second machine in the highly anticipated Mini 4WD REV Series, featuring aerodynamically refined elements from body to chassis. The body redesigns the popular Thunder Shot form seen in both RC and Mini 4WD models. It inherits distinctive features like the forward-leaning large canopy and rear wing side stays integrated into the body, now composed of even smoother surfaces. Furthermore, openings are provided at the front and rear of the canopy and on the side pontoons to actively cool the battery and motor using airflow during running. A barge board is also equipped behind the inner front wheels to emphasize the aerodynamic feel. The rear wing is a three-stage type. The Thunder Shot Jr. mini 4WD racer was born from the Thunder Shot, an electric RC 4WD racing buggy beloved by RC fans for its high basic performance. It features a large canopy and a compact, low-drag bullet form where the rear wing end plates are integrated into the body. The Aero Thunder Shot inherits this bullet form, maximizing airflow utilization and incorporating cooling considerations throughout. Its overall low-slung body exudes minimal aerodynamic drag. It further features large-diameter lightweight wheels with a sharp 5-spoke design, fitted with large-diameter barrel tires. The barrel tires have a narrow contact patch with the road surface, and their large diameter enables high top speeds. They demonstrate their power on high-speed circuits with long straights.
