Product Description
A 1/35 scale plastic assembly kit of the US Army M40 self-propelled gun, featuring a new 155mm cannon and utilizing components from the M4 Sherman series.
Overall length: 305mm, Overall width: 91mm. The steel plate hull and massive 155mm cannon are faithfully reproduced with rich detail. The rear spade is movable, just like the real vehicle. The platform features an optional open/closed configuration. The elevation of the 155mm gun is controlled by a metal pipe counterweight system, replicating the real vehicle's mechanism. The tracks are reproduced as a belt system. Clear parts are used for the observation ports and lights in the two cupolas for the driver and radio operator.
Includes eight figures in firing positions, plus accessories like ammunition and metal chains.
Wires include colored polyester thread in different thicknesses for towing and ramming spade winding.
Markings include two variants for the Korean War period, with an etched part for the engine grille.
