Tamiya - Fun Craft Series - No. 232 - Chain Program Robot Craft Set - 70232
Following the “Cam Program Robot Craft Set (70227)”—which gained attention not only in Japan but also in Germany as a programming learning tool that doesn't require a computer—this is a new type of robot craft.
Based on the concept of “nurturing children's imagination and creativity through hands-on creation,” it features a new robot design, programming method, and movement system.
Set the robot by chaining together three types of sprockets while planning its path.
The sprockets rotate continuously, enabling the reproduction of the basic programming command “repeat execution.”
Includes two 130 motors.
Easy assembly using only screws and snap-fits, no glue required.
3mm holes are provided on various parts of the main body to accommodate mounting various craft parts like universal arms and plates (sold separately).
Uses one AA battery (sold separately).
※By incorporating commercially available microcontroller boards or circuit boards inside the robot, it can be developed for computer-based programming learning.
