Roundhouse - N Gauge - 28-187 - Shortened Knuckle Coupler - For Bogie Freight Cars
▪️ Coupler spring required. (Applies to bogie trucks using part number Z01-0042 coupler spring)
▪️ Automatic coupling and uncoupling are not possible.
▪️The coupling gap becomes extremely narrow, potentially causing running problems depending on track conditions. Example: Koki 50000 + Koki 50000... Contact and jacking occur on the R249 S-curve. Ku 5000 + Ku 5000... Contact and derailment occur on the R315 curve. Waki 5000 + Waki 5000... Contact occurs between vehicles when pushing through the R249 curve (no derailment). Koki 5500 + Koki 5500 (Part No. 8059-1)... Contact occurs between the handrail sides when coupling them together and pushing through the R249 curve.
▪️Not compatible with 2-axle freight cars. Yo 8000/6000/5000, Wam 90000/80000, Tora 45000, Re 12000, Waf 29500, Wara 1, etc.
▪️Some bogie freight cars cannot be fitted.
