San-Es Engineering - Metal Clean α - 600g Boxed - 1 Box
The new standard detergent for diverse applications.. Pursuing low pollution, economy, groundbreaking cleaning power, and safety. Features: Powerfully cleans carbon and grease deposits adhering to engine parts, etc. Excellent metal stability, compatible with aluminum and other alloys (excluding some types). Water-soluble, eliminating fire hazards. Economical through dilution use and a low-pollution product.
Metal Clean α (hereafter Metal Clean) is a water-soluble degreasing cleaner for industrial and metalworking use.
Primarily used for cleaning parts in various factories, automobiles, trains, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, ships, etc., it is a trusted and proven product also selected as an OEM part by automobile manufacturers.
The basic usage method involves dissolving Metal Clean in water or hot water to clean the target parts. For light soiling, brushing alone may suffice, allowing the solution to be portioned into spray bottles for use. However, Metal Clean demonstrates significantly enhanced cleaning power and rust prevention when used for soaking cleaning and at elevated temperatures. Compared to conventional powdered alkaline cleaners, it has stronger cleaning power and can effectively remove carbon deposits adhering to cylinder heads, cylinder liners, pistons, and similar components. It can also clean most metals used in parts and does not emit the odors associated with washing oils, light oil, or kerosene. Furthermore, its alkalinity and environmental impact are comparable to household detergents (laundry detergents), making Metal Clean itself very low-risk. Standard usage: Dissolve 600g in 20L of water or hot water to create a 3% solution. Clean parts by immersing them in the solution or brushing them (can also be used in cleaning machines). Heating the solution to 60°C~80°C further increases its cleaning power. Dilute the concentration for general degreasing cleaning according to the application.
