Product Description
The second new mold for the 1/12 scale snap-fit motorcycle model, the Honda Hunter Cub.
This model is based on the CT125 Hunter Cub (Matte Fresco Brown), released in 2020.
It is the Japanese domestic model equipped with a passenger step and muffler cover.
This product is a kit that requires assembly.
The unique size of the 1/12 scale allows for accurate reproduction of detailed features.
Each part is molded in its own color, achieving a glossy finish that cannot be achieved with paint.
The snap-together design allows for easy assembly.
The first-generation Cross Cub was released in the 2010s, and the current Super Cub debuted in 2017. The CT125 Hunter Cub, reminiscent of the original CT110, was released in 2020. Its slightly larger body compared to the C125 makes it a leisure bike with powerful mid- to low-speed performance. Its distinctive design includes a muffler and rectangular turn signals reminiscent of the CT110. The actual bike is available in two colors: Glowing Red and Matte Fresco Brown (as of spring 2021). The body is molded using a special molding material to achieve a level of gloss difficult to achieve with paint. Six molding colors are available: brown, black, silver, aluminum, clear, and clear red. The engine itself is molded in black and silver and assembled into blocks. The "HONDA" engravings on the left and right sides are recreated using delicate mold engravings. The distinctive intake duct on the rear left side is recreated in two colors: matte black and the body color. The side and center stands are movable. The switches around the handlebars are accurately recreated, and the markings are reproduced with included stickers. The gauges are covered with transparent parts for a realistic look. The wing markings in the center of the handlebars are recreated with stickers, and even the master cylinder on the right side is recreated with detailed parts. The seat has a three-piece construction that matches the seams of the fabric and is molded in a matte black finish. The seat can be moved (opened or closed). The interior fuel filler area is recreated in three dimensions, and the tank cap is a separate part, showcasing color variations. The passenger step can be retracted or extended, and can be changed by replacing the part. The distinctive, highly visible rear carrier is a one-piece part made using a slide mold. The wheels and spokes are molded in a single piece, black. The spokes are as thin and realistic as those on the Super Cub in the same series. The wheels integrated into the vehicle can rotate. \
