The warrior version of Kumamon arrives in a 15th anniversary edition. Kumamon, born as Kumamoto Prefecture's PR character on the day the Kyushu Shinkansen opened fully. The product features pre-colored plastic parts and pre-cut stickers, designed for easy assembly without painting. No glue is needed for assembly—just snap the parts together. Parts can also be removed by hand.
This 15th anniversary version features a cute yet valiant warrior-themed Kumamon clad in the armor and helmet of Lord Kiyomasa Kato, a historical figure connected to Kumamoto Castle.
Includes a commemorative, limited-edition assemble-it-yourself acrylic case.
The assemble-it-yourself acrylic case measures 15×15cm at the base and is 25cm tall. Display Kumamon in the case after assembly. Features a cute stylized version of Kato Kiyomasa's signature tall eboshi helmet. The torso is a bold red, and the kusazuri (collar) has three tiers and five sections. Select and use the included stickers and parts to change expressions, allowing for five different patterns. Joints are movable, enabling poses like standing on one leg and various other poses. The package features the Kumamon 15th Anniversary logo, making it exclusive to this commemorative version.
