A 1/400 scale model of the rare composite layered tower-style keep built by Hosokawa Tadaoki, featuring four layers and five stories in Nanban-style architecture. Compactly recreates the castle scenery centered on the keep. A renowned castle built by Hosokawa Tadaoki in 1602 (Keicho 7). This product recreates the appearance of the current castle, rebuilt in 1959 (Showa 34). Part of a series of castle plastic models featuring famous castles from across Japan. Features fewer parts for easy assembly, and the completed model measures a compact 20cm square. Newly redesigned manual. Features illustrations by Mr. Morinaga Yo, known for the Chibimaru Military Series packaging. An informative manual packed with explanations of the castle's structure and each part.
