Product Introduction
This is a dedicated replacement blade for the “Disc Cutter” series of slide-type cutters.
The fluorine-coated round blade, recommended for cutting adhesive materials, features a fluororesin coating on the blade surface. This coating reduces adhesive residue buildup on the blade during cutting. Adhesive residue buildup during cutting can cause poor blade rotation. Please use the fluorine-coated round blade for cutting adhesive materials.
Replace the blade with a new one when the disc cutter's sharpness diminishes.
To replace the blade, remove it from the holder, align the hexagonal part of the replacement blade with the holder, and attach the blade.
Regular blade replacement maintains high precision and sharpness.
