GSI Creos Mr. Crystal Color Ruby Red 18ml Model Paint.
This pearl paint achieves unprecedented brilliance and color reproduction.
Pearl paint does not rely solely on its own color; the perceived hue changes based on the wavelength of light passing through the base coat and pearl particles.
When applied to white-based materials, the surface gains a pearl coat effect.
When applied to white-based materials, the surface receives a pearl coating.
At first glance, it may appear as if no color is applied overall, but areas catching light will appear to take on the used pearl color.
It is effective for painting car models, character figures, and kits. When applied to black-based materials, the pearl hue appears metallic. Pre-painting the material black allows for a unique metallic effect. It can be used on car models, mecha models, and similar items.
Additionally, the larger pearl particles create a matte finish.
Applying a gloss clear coat as a “two-coat finish” yields a more beautiful, gem-like sparkle.
