Instructions for Use
・Verify all parts are present. 1) Attach the spacer to the jute rope post using the hex screw. 2) Insert the rod screw into the carpet post and turn it to secure it in step 1. 3) Attach the base plate to step 2 using the hex screw and washer. ※ Align the washer with the recess in the base plate. 4) Attach felt to the back of the base plate to complete. ※Check for warping or wobbling.
