Square - Garden of Numbers is a territory-control game inspired by Sudoku. On their turn, each player places one numbered pebble on the game board. Similar to Sudoku rules, pebbles must be placed so that no two pebbles with the same number appear in the same garden, row, or column. The game ends when all players have placed all their stones. At this point, the player whose stones in each garden add up to the highest total controls that garden and earns victory points. The player with the highest total victory points wins the game. With simple rules that make it easy to play, and intense strategic decisions about “unplaceable numbers,” this is a territory-control game offering a rich, satisfying experience in a short time.
