‘Cat Island’ is a balance game themed around Japan's several ‘cat islands’, featuring abundant wooden components and a uniquely appealing look.

Experience the thrill of setup and the visual delight as the island takes shape in this game of balancing on a cat-filled island. In ‘Cat Island’, players install utility poles to expand the power grid across the island's four districts. On your turn, first roll the dice to determine which of the board's four sections will receive a pole. Then, draw a cube from the bag and install a set of poles connected by wires of that color.
The length of the wires varies by color, so plan your placements carefully.
Additionally, if you draw a black cube, you must hang a cat on the wires in addition to placing the poles.
Cats will get electrocuted if they touch the ground or other wires, so hang them carefully.
Once you successfully place your poles, it's the next player's turn. The game ends when someone knocks over a pole. Cat Island can be played in either Cooperative or Competitive mode. In Cooperative mode, the goal is to place as many poles as possible. In Competitive mode, the player who knocks over a pole is the sole loser, and all others win. Other modes include Tag Mode, where two players work together to place a single pole set, allowing for up to 8 players, and additional rules for playing under stricter conditions.
