Based on kleid's long-selling “2mm grid notes A5”—considered the brand's origin—it has been reimagined down to its design, color palette, and size to match the world of Moomin. Retaining the 2mm grid and Japan's highest-grade writing paper “OK Foolscap,” Moomin and friends stand out against kleid's minimalist design. Features convenient perforated tear lines. This is said to be the origin of “foolscap paper.” OK Foolscap paper is Japan's highest-grade writing paper, renowned for its smooth writing feel, excellent ink absorption, and superior writing properties. It pairs well with fountain pens and features the distinctive laid lines and watermark typical of premium paper.
kleid's 2mm grid paper offers the freedom of plain paper while enabling organized writing. We focused on a subtle, easy-on-the-eyes color for the grid printing. Choose from two types: cream paper or white paper.
“Moomin” was created by Tove Jansson, Finland's national author, painter, and artist. The stories featuring the Moomin troll and his friends have been translated and published in over 50 countries.
