How to Properly Put on Pampers Pants (Please read before use.) When Baby is Standing 1. The side marked “Front” is the front. Have your baby stand while holding onto something. 2. Insert one hand through the leg opening, hold the baby's foot, and guide it through the diaper one at a time. 3. Pull the diaper up to the top, adjusting the waist and leg openings. When lying down: 1. The side marked “Front” is the front. 2. Insert your hand through the leg opening, hold the baby's foot, and guide it through the diaper. 3. Lift the diaper up with the baby's movements. When the baby is still, lift their bottom. Checkpoints: Inner gathers. Not digging in. Not protruding beyond the outer gathers. Standing: Outer gathers. Not folded inward. In addition to the above, various ways of putting it on can be adapted to the baby. Diaper changing tips: For “poop”: Tear the sides to easily remove it.
