Description
HobbyJAPAN-RPO0003-Secret: US-Soviet Intelligence War
It's the height of the Cold War. You are the leader of a spy organization, seeking to recruit the strongest agents. Find allies, deceive enemies, and aim to become the most influential organization. But beware of hippies. Peace might just come to the world...
“Secret: US-Soviet Intelligence War” is a hidden identity game.
Set in the 1960s, players become members of either the CIA or KGB, or a hippie.
The goal is for your team (CIA or KGB) to have the higher total points from revealed character cards at the end of the game. On your turn, draw two character cards. Return one to the bottom of the deck and present one to any player. The recipient chooses whether to accept it. If accepted, that character card becomes their own, face-up. If declined, it remains face-up and belongs to the player who presented it... However, if a player has two cards of the same type, they become face-down. Also, the points aren't always positive. They also possess special abilities beyond just points, which will significantly impact the game. Is the player who just gave you a card really on your side? Why did they offer this card? Which player should you offer your drawn card to? Deduce identities and act appropriately—that's the key to your faction's victory. But beware.
If a Hippie's score is the lowest by themselves, the world achieves peace, and that Hippie wins alone.
It's a stylish, exciting hidden identity game that's easy to pick up and play.
