We pursued absolute precision in the core elements of spur gears—the pitch circle diameter, pitch circle, and tooth thickness—which are the very lifeblood of these gears. Particularly for the highly demanding tooth thickness, we achieved industry-leading ultra-high precision!! Film gate molding ensures uniform resin filling and exceptionally high roundness, resulting in zero flex or wobble. Furthermore, aiming for ultimate strength, we developed a proprietary material based on low-friction POM.
