These SUGATA women's pumps were developed with the concept “Walk comfortably and beautifully.”
Beyond the functionality and comfort for everyday wear, they feature a new function that “supports walking with good posture.”
The cup insole's surface uses “Mother Touch,” a material developed using NASA technology. It excels at shock absorption and load distribution, creating a soft, snug feel that hugs the foot. The underside uses EVA material throughout. Regular EVA is used at the toe, while high-rebound elastic EVA is used at the heel. This absorbs heel impact during walking and converts it into propulsion. The anatomically shaped cup insole supports body weight across the entire sole, preventing forward slippage and maintaining beautiful posture. The Bolognese construction method, which omits the midsole in the tread area, delivers outstanding flexibility. The shoe stays firmly attached to the foot during walking, enabling a natural stride.
