High Grade (HG) specification.
Among the 100 series designed for long formations, this model recreates a vehicle primarily based on numbers 155-189. These were newly built air-conditioned cars featuring a water intake port positioned more centrally on the lower side panel. It depicts this car in its 2100 series form, capable of powering other cars.
The roof, slightly lowered due to the air conditioning, is reproduced with the small ventilators for cooling the fluorescent lamp transistors lined up on the roof, as seen on the actual train.
The louvers for the power generator on the R side, characteristic of the 2100 series, are reproduced.
