The long-awaited RWD drift model ‘FAZER D2’ joins the FAZER series ready-to-run lineup. Simply remove it from the package, install the charged battery into the car, insert batteries into the transmitter, and you're ready to drive. Rear-wheel drive (RWD) is currently the most popular drive system for 1/10 scale drift R/C cars. Its ability to execute large countersteer drifts, just like a real car, has earned it immense popularity. The FAZER D2 features a completely new drift-specific RWD chassis, different from previous FAZER models. It optimizes weight distribution and suspension design for drifting, while also incorporating a receiver with a built-in gyro unit. This gyro automatically assists with countersteering based on the car's slide. Notably, this gyro controls not only steering but also throttle, providing perfect support even for those with no prior experience piloting drift R/C cars. Naturally, the chassis incorporates modern drift R/C car trends like long-span suspension arms and a high-mount motor to achieve comfortable drifting, while also prioritizing ease of handling and setup. Even as a ready-to-run set, you can enjoy the authentic setup and tuning experience unique to R/C cars by changing parts. The body, essential for enhancing the drifting atmosphere, features Kyosho's renowned Ultra Scale Body. It also incorporates a wheelbase adjustment function, enabling the use of a wide variety of bodies. While 1/10 scale drift cars were traditionally perceived as being geared towards users with some experience, the arrival of the ready-to-run FAZER D2 makes them instantly accessible. The ‘ULTRA SCALE BODY’, which faithfully reproduces the body, light buckets, bumpers, and mirrors, and is meticulously crafted down to the finest details of the car's form, can be called a ‘running display model’. This body is now pursued to an even greater scale as the ‘ULTRA SCALE BODY PLUS’, which does not require drilling holes in the polycarbonate body. A ready-to-run assembly kit for a 1/10 scale EP (electric) drift car. Ready to run with just four AA batteries for the transmitter, a running battery, and a charger for the running battery. The body paint & decals are applied, and the R/C mechanics are factory-installed, making it easy to run right out of the box. Equipped with a newly designed RWD chassis specialized for drifting and a steering & throttle gyro, anyone can easily enjoy drifting. Standard equipment includes resin drift tires that balance sliding performance and controllability. Features the newly designed KRG-331D receiver with built-in gyro and KS4072-06W servo. The variable wheelbase mechanism allows mounting of most existing FAZER series bodies. Equipped with a battery holder compatible with different sized battery packs, accommodating most standard R/C car battery packs. Tuning is possible using a wide range of optional parts.
