Perfect for character models and SF mecha: ‘GOOD MARK DECALS’. Introducing the “Weathering Decals” series—easily recreate battle damage and aging effects with decals. While free-scale, these decals are designed for use on models ranging from 1/144 scale to 1/32 scale equivalents. They can be used widely on character kits, aircraft, AFVs, and more.
Peeling paint, scratches, mud splatter, oil splatter, and rust are already reproduced in a “cool, atmospheric shape”.
Just apply them to the areas you want to dirty up.
As these are “Tomorrow's Decals” where the clear layer peels off after drying, there's no reflection or raised edges typical of decals. Only the “clean dirt” is reproduced on your model.
“Scratch” decals are ideal for easily recreating “scratches” caused by impacts or sharp protrusions on surfaces.
We've created decals for various scenarios, including ones featuring just “scratches” and others combining “chipping” effects where surrounding paint has peeled away.
Depending on the color, you can also recreate situations like rust forming on scratch marks or mud accumulating in them.
Each mark set includes damage or dirt patterns that are nearly symmetrical on both sides.
Three color patterns are available:
Silver is suitable for depicting relatively new scratches or paint peeling, while Gray is ideal for representing oxidized, dulled metal surfaces.
Each mark is beautifully printed using silk-screen technology.
