EIDOLON-COLLECTION-Porsche-Spider-Garz Red
Faithfully recreates Porsche's special model, the “Porsche 918 Spider,” whose concept model debuted at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show and went on sale starting in 2011. \
The body sides feature large, gaping intakes designed to appear as if they split the body. We aimed for a level of reproduction that challenges the limits of resin molding, capturing the depth and sharpness of these recessed sections just like the real car. \
Visually striking are the wheels, featuring intricately designed spokes. These were meticulously crafted by first machining a brass prototype, then replacing it with a white metal casting. The entire assembly was chrome-plated, followed by the labor-intensive step of painting the black sections. \
Furthermore, the powertrain housed behind the driver is covered by a see-through mesh-type cover that seems to flaunt its presence. This reproduction utilizes parts made from pressed etching components.\
The powertrain visible beneath is also rendered with meticulous molding to appear as realistic as possible. \
